AmeriCorps CTEP, AmeriCorps C-CAN, CTC VISTA Project are all projects designed to serve the public to close the digital divide. We are Community Technology Empowerment Project (CTEP)a division of AmeriCorps. AmeriCorps CTEP, with partners St. Paul Neighborhood Network, The City of Minneapolis, and the MN State Dept. of Human Rights have been awarded a AmeriCorps grant to help bridge the digital divide in low-income and new immigrant communities.
